[Coach Hurley] is dedicated to these city kids and helping them overcome the obstacles that the city can offer. A lot of his lessons are not about basketball, but about life, and doing things the right way—Bill Raftery

After a Hall of Fame career at St. Anthony High School, which spanned 50 years and produced 28 State Championships, 13 Tournament of Champions, 4 National Championships, 8 NBA Draft picks, and over 200 collegiate basketball players, Coach Bob Hurley continues his mission of developing children’s potential in life through the game of basketball via The Hurley Family Foundation. The Hurley Family Foundation runs a free basketball program for students in 3rd through 12th grade in Jersey City. Over 400 unique athletes participate in the clinics and each session is packed with over 75 players.
